Administrative Assistant for Reliability / Storeroom Departments needed for a 12-month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Hebron, Ohio.

What You Will Be Doing: - The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and inventory control support to the Reliability and Storeroom departments.
- This position works directly with the Technical Spare Parts Manager and is responsible for data entry, inventory coordination, and departmental support.
- Although not a supervisory role, the position also includes supporting oversight of a specialized crew of individuals with unique abilities.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve
What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate with external parties
