We're looking for dedicated individuals who are excited about teaching English to children aged 3 to 18. This is a fully remote role that offers flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll teach one-on-one, 25-minute lessons using interactive methods that keep students engaged and motivated. With provided training and materials, you'll be set up for success from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach one-on-one English lessons to children aged 3-18
Deliver engaging, 25-minute lessons using Total Physical Response (TPR) methods
Create a positive and energetic classroom atmosphere that keeps students engaged
Commit to a minimum of 10 peak hours per week
Follow the provided curriculum and teaching materials to ensure consistent and effective lessons
Be punctual, reliable, and well-prepared for every class

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, English, or Literature)
A teaching license or certificate from a US or Canadian government agency, or a recognized teaching association, or a 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of teaching experience in a public or international school
Comfortable using the Total Physical Response (TPR) method for teaching
Energetic, approachable, and passionate about inspiring students
Punctual and reliable, able to work independently

Technical Requirements:

PC specifications: Windows Intel Core i5 2.3 GHz or above, MacBook Pro/iMac (post-2016), or MacBook Air (post-2020), with at least 8GB RAM
A stable fiber internet connection with a minimum 50 Mbps bandwidth (minimum 10 Mbps download)
Essential accessories: Noise-cancelling headphones, HD webcam, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 6 PM to 9 PM Beijing Time
Saturday to Sunday: 9 AM to 9 PM Beijing Time
Teachers are required to open a minimum of 10 peak hours per week
