Position Details
Job Type: Remote, Online English Teaching
Student Age Group: 3 to 18 years old
Class Structure: 1-on-1 lessons (25 minutes per session)
Teaching Approach: Total Physical Response (TPR) and interactive engagement
Start Date: Immediate openings available
Training & Materials: Provided at no cost
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging one-on-one English lessons tailored to children aged 3-18
Use TPR (Total Physical Response) techniques to enhance student engagement
Maintain an energetic, friendly, and approachable teaching style
Commit to a minimum of 10 peak teaching hours per week
Follow the provided curriculum and teaching materials
Be punctual, professional, and well-prepared for each class
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, English, or Literature)
Teaching Certification: One of the following:
A teaching license or certificate issued by a U.S. or Canadian government agency or recognized teaching association
A 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a public or international school
Skills: Ability to teach using TPR methods, high energy, reliable, and independent

Working Hours (Beijing Time)
Monday to Friday: 6 PM to 9 PM
Saturday to Sunday: 9 AM to 9 PM
Minimum Availability Requirement: 10 peak hours per week
