Behavioral Health Tech - Substance Abuse Treatment

NonPareil Health Group is a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center with multiple locations in Murrieta, CA.

Shifts Available:
Morning 8am-6:30pm (Must be a Registered Drug and Alcohol Tech - RADT or equivalate to) 4- 10 hour shifts with open availability including weekends.
Swing: 3:30pm-2:00am Open availability 4- 10 hour shifts including weekends.
Grave: 11:00pm-9:30am Open availability 4-10 hour shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance to clients' while in treatment.
• Act as a liaison for the clients to the clinical staff relating needs and requests.
• Provides support and assistance to the Clinical and Medical team. 
• Transport clients to outings, when required in company vehicles.
• Remind clients of regulations, and report clients that break rules.
• Morning staff will run and document on groups.
• Observe clients with medications according to medication logs and medical team instructions. 
• Perform regular rounds at assigned intervals to inspect clients and property, ensuring all clients are where they are suppose to be and are safe.
• Enforce rules and regulations to clients.
• Responsible for the overall upkeep, cleanliness, chore delegation and safety maintenance of company property. 

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid CPR certification or willing to get within the first 2 weeks of being hired.
• Pre-Employment screening: Background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical (Covered by the company).
