What You'll Do:

• Connect with clients daily—be the friendly voice that keeps existing and potential clients informed and supported!
• Translate when needed, helping bridge communication gaps between our team and clients.
• Dive into administrative tasks with ease and enthusiasm.
• Show empathy and care with clients from diverse backgrounds—you're the person they can count on!

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-4 years of law firm experience (you’ve got some experience under your belt, but we’re open to new energy!).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is a MUST.
• A solid proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Windows —you know your way around these tools!
• Teamwork is your jam—you're all about working together to get things done!
• Data entry and word-processing skills—you're quick, accurate, and organized.
• You pride yourself on excellent client/customer service skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality are second nature to you when handling sensitive information.
• Organized and self-motivated —you take initiative and get things done without being micromanaged.
• A high school diploma is required—simple but important!
