Rapid Growth and Hands-On Learning

Our sales organization prioritizes swift development for business development professionals, with a clear path for entry-level talent to rapidly grow into Account Executives and leadership roles. From day one, you’ll shadow AI industry leaders and seasoned tech sales professionals, participating in impactful client conversations. This hands-on exposure prepares you to quickly gain confidence, take the lead in client engagements, and make significant contributions to the growth of our platform.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels (online research, social media, cold outreach).
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to introduce Snaplaunch’s products and services.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs, determine potential fit, and capture critical information.

Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads by assessing their challenges, goals, and budget.
  • Schedule product demonstrations or discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up activities within the CRM.

Collaboration & Relationship Building

  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Contribute to targeted campaigns aimed at specific industries or buyer personas.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights on lead quality, funnel performance, and competitive trends.

CRM Management & Reporting

  • Accurately record all lead interactions in the company CRM (HubSpot).
  • Track and analyze key metrics and KPIs (e.g., call volumes, conversion rates, pipeline growth).
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership on personal and team performance.

Performance Goals

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging based on market feedback.
  • Quickly adapt and learn how to discuss our platform and drive client conversations.

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of outbound sales or BDR experience, especially in tech or AI startups.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
