Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Fresno, CA . This is a Full-time, 28 weeks contract for 1st Shift (Weekdays).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to support our high-volume site in Fresno, CA. You will play a key role in creating a supportive, professional, and accurate testing experience. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role suited for a confident and compassionate phlebotomist with solid skills and great communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized phlebotomy (including pediatric and geriatric)
• Prepare and label specimens for transport following established protocols
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional environment
• Enter patient data and maintain required documentation accurately
• Educate and comfort patients through procedures to ensure confidence and trust
• Work independently while following SOPs and clinical safety standards
• Represent Quest with professionalism and promote a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Phlebotomy certification (required in California)
• Minimum 6 months of recent phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)

• Location: Fresno, CA
• Job Type: Contract (28 Week)
• Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Range : $20 - $24 per hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
