About the Role:

A nationally recognized General Contractor is seeking a Project Executive with a strong background in large-scale casino and gaming projects a large scale casino hotel development in just north of Houston. The project is currently in preconstruction, and we’re seeking a capable, confident leader who can drive results while navigating the unique aspects of this high-profile build.

This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to manage a high-visibility project with long-term significance. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, interface with owners, tribal stakeholders, and internal teams, and bring a resume that reflects deep expertise in the gaming and hospitality sector.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Executive or Senior Project Leader on casino/gaming-specific builds – especially hotel/casino developments.
• Ability to lead project teams that may not yet have deep casino project experience.
• Strong understanding of construction technology, systems, and interfaces at the executive level.
• Skilled at building relationships with multiple stakeholders, including tribal representatives, internal teams, and external partners.
• A leader with the ability to guide and elevate an existing project team through collaboration and mentorship.
