We’re looking for a Delivery Engineer to own client onboarding and data integration workflows from start to finish. You’ll be the primary technical point of contact for new and existing accounts—transforming messy clinical and claims data into clean, usable, and compliant insights that power our platform.

This is a great fit for someone with EHR integration or healthcare data engineering experience who enjoys working directly with clients and thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup environment.

• Serve as the technical lead for onboarding and implementation of Keebler Health’s platform with new clients—including pilots and full rollouts.
• Own the ingestion, transformation, and QA of client data including EHR exports, claims, labs, and encounter notes.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools in Python to streamline and automate recurring data delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot pipelines and ensure reliable, secure data ingestion and processing.
• Maintain high standards for data accuracy, consistency, and HIPAA compliance in all client-facing workflows.
• Translate technical results into actionable insights by partnering with internal clinical and operations teams.
• Monitor client usage and data health metrics to support renewals, growth, and long-term client success.
• Contribute to process improvements and tooling as we scale our delivery operations.
  

• Strong Python skills and experience working with structured healthcare data.
• Familiarity with EHR data (e.g., Athena, eClinicalWorks, Medent) and other healthcare formats like claims and labs.
• Comfortable manipulating CSVs, spreadsheets, and flat files; SQL experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when working with clients.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and evolving specs with minimal oversight.
• Passion for improving healthcare and making complex systems work better for patients and clinicians.

• Experience in a startup, consulting, or client-facing technical role.
• Exposure to value-based care models or working with risk-bearing provider organizations.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations like HIPAA, and secure data practices.
