This is a pivotal opportunity for a driven Director of Sales - Domestic 3PL Freight to join their team in Houston, TX, where you will lead and develop a strong sales team that delivers value to the customer and the bottom line.

What You'll Drive:

• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team from 10 to 20+ representatives, shaping the future of domestic freight sales.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives for domestic freight services, aligning directly with CEO-level goals.
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and performance management to empower your team and maximize revenue.
• Analyze sales metrics to pinpoint trends and unlock new opportunities for improvement.
• Travel up to 20% to cultivate key client relationships and support your team across various regions.

Who We're Searching For:

• Proven track record in domestic freight sales with a deep, hands-on understanding of transportation and logistics services.
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role, with demonstrated success managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional ability to build scalable processes while championing a strong sales culture.
• Resides in or is willing to relocate to Houston, TX.
• Possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
