-2+ years' experience as an electrical technician in an industrial construction, mechanical, or manufacturing industry
-Experience designing electrical systems
-Able to read electrical schematics
-Electrical panel proficiency (Building electrical panels with multiple sub panels)
-Experience with assembly of complicated wire harnesses
-Soldering experience – small and micro connectors
