What We're Looking For:
2+ years of recent employment litigation experience , with a strong emphasis on writing, motion practice, and legal analysis
A thoughtful and strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and communicate clearly
A proactive, client-centered approach-you take your work seriously, but not yourself
Someone who thrives in a small-firm environment and is excited to make a direct impact
Must be a member of the California Bar in good standing
What We Offer:
A reasonable billable hour expectation of 1,600 hours annually , allowing for balance and flexibility
Opportunities for additional compensation when billing beyond the base expectation
