Job Description

We're seeking an Environmental Engineer to work for a major client in the LA Area, a fast-growing environmental services firm with a healthy pipeline of projects for the next 7 - 10 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive and accurate Compliance Plans, Permits, and reports related to environmental regulations, including Air Quality, Hazardous Waste, Spill Prevention, Stormwater, Wastewater, and Health and safety. Ensure these plans meet relevant local, state, and federal regulatory standards.

• Provide expert regulatory guidance and interpretation to clients. Investigate and address any notices of violations received.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all tasks align with budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

• Foster positive relationships with regulatory authorities, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in air quality compliance, stormwater permitting, waste management, or environmental health and safety consulting.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related field.

• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus but not required.
