Job Description

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm in search of an experienced Estate Planning Legal Support Specialist to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role requires a dedicated individual who can manage various administrative and case management tasks to support the firm's estate planning attorneys effectively.

• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Contact clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Schedule and calendar appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
• Record deeds and maintain accurate records.
• Bill time for tasks performed, though there is no strict requirement.
• Attend client meetings and assist in the execution of estate documents and signings.

• At least 3+ years of estate planning experience.
• Ability to commute daily to the firm's office in Colorado Springs, CO.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple attorneys.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.

The position requires full-time availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

$45-$55k/yr.
