Job Title: Project Estimator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in project estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost analysis for various design projects, including materials, labor, and time estimates.
• Read and interpret furniture specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing.
• Manage multiple project estimations simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, costs, and materials.
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and bids.
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather essential information for accurate estimations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Estimator or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret design specifications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
