The Role: Head of Brand Sales

We’re looking for a dynamic, confident, and collaborative sales leader ready to shape the future of sports and culture media. In this role, you’ll lead outbound brand outreach, manage high-level relationships, and close strategic deals across our platforms. You’ll work closely with our CEO, oversee a small team of interns for lead-gen support, and play a key role in scaling new creator talent within our network.

This role is ideal for someone who leads with presence, builds trust quickly, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You’re a strategic thinker and empathetic communicator - someone who can sell with both ambition and authenticity.

• Lead brand outreach and sales strategy - you’re the engine that drives growth.
• Support CEO-led deal flow - contribute research, insights, and polish to major partnerships.
• Own calls from intro to close - be the face of Culture Kicks in key conversations.
• Nurture and grow existing partnerships - upsell thoughtfully, drive renewals naturally
• Work cross-functionally with our COO - help shape pitch decks, pricing, and partner execution.
• Manage and mentor sales interns - help them grow while multiplying your own impact.
• Play a role in creator onboarding - assist in vetting and onboarding new in-house talent.

• 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, media, content sales, or influencer marketing
• Confidence in your pitch. You know how to close but never come off pushy
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Resilience - you know rejection is just part of the journey
• Collaborative spirit - you work well with executives, creators, and teammates alike
• A strategic mindset - you’re great at crafting custom value for every brand you work with

Bonus if you bring a strong personal network in the sports, sneaker, or culture space, but it’s not required.

• Competitive base ($75K–$100K) + uncapped commission, including 10% on all renewal deals (recurring indefinitely)
