Job Summary: I am working closely with a healthcare organization looking for a Corporate Healthcare Paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. This role involves supporting our legal department in various aspects of corporate healthcare law, including contract management, regulatory filings, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, review, and management of healthcare-related contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
• Conduct legal research on healthcare regulations, compliance issues, and corporate governance matters.
• Prepare and file regulatory documents with state and federal agencies.
• Maintain and organize corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
• Support the legal team in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on various legal matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on corporate healthcare law.
• 3- 5 years specifically within the Healthcare space
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
