📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Advise nonprofit organizations on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance issues.

• Provide strategic counsel on tax matters affecting exempt entities.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents tailored to nonprofit operations.

• Support clients involved in international philanthropy, lobbying, and political advocacy.

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to resolve multifaceted legal challenges.

• Monitor developments in tax and nonprofit law impacting clients.

✅ Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in tax, transactional, or nonprofit law.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

• Active bar membership (D.C. Bar preferred or eligible to waive in).

• Strong communication skills with a commitment to client service.

• Demonstrated interest in nonprofit and philanthropic legal issues.

• Ability to manage complex legal matters and provide practical guidance.
