Prime Data Centers is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our NetSuite platform while ensuring seamless integration with key business functions. You will serve as the primary internal support contact for NetSuite, working closely with departments company-wide including Procurement, Construction, Product Delivery, IT, and Investment teams, to ensure proper integration, maintenance, support, and scalability.

Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration & Support:
  • Act as the subject matter expert for NetSuite updates, deploy customizations, objects, workflows, and NetSuite modules based on evolving business needs.
  • Configure and customize system workflows, records, user roles, and permissions to align with business processes.
  • Provide user training, support, and documentation to maximize NetSuite adoption and effectiveness.
Business Process Optimization:
  • Partner with stakeholders including Procurement, Construction, Product Delivery, and Investment teams to understand operational challenges and implement effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, and reporting to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Design and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal teams.
  • Continuously analyze and refine business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Support the implementation of new features, integrations, and third-party applications as business needs evolve.

Collaboration & System Integration:

  • Work closely with IT, Finance, and functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business-critical systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy across platforms.
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
​​​Communication Change Management:
  • Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure organization-wide awareness and adoption of NetSuite.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating complex system concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Conduct training sessions, create user-friendly guides, and facilitate workshops to enhance NetSuite adoption.
  • Proactively engage with teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure continuous system improvements.
  • Maintain regular updates with stakeholders, providing visibility into system enhancements, troubleshooting efforts, and upcoming changes.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, Finance, Business, etc.), or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, workflows, scripting, and APIs for integration.
  • Experience with custom records, CSV imports, saved searches, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with user roles, permissions, and security best practices.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes as they relate to NetSuite.
