Office Assistant job at Insight Global Tampa, FL, US

Job Description

One of Insight Global's utility clients is looking to hire a file/ scanning associate to help them with an influx of transmission/ distribution paperwork in the main office. This person will be on their feet most of the day scanning and organizing documents - it is a 6 month contract with possibility to convert into an inventory planner which they will be doing training about 3 hours each day to learn in addition to the scanning. It is on site in Tampa 5 days a week. Location: Tampa, FL 33619 Pay: 20-22/hr Duration: minimum 6 months - possibility to convert Qualifications Ability to be on their feet a majority of the day Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
