Position Overview:
As a Paralegal at our firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our litigation team. This role requires living in the Tampa Bay Area initially, with the possibility of remote work. Ideal candidates will have litigation and trial experience, and will assist in discovery, document analysis, drafting legal documents, and preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage discovery processes including answering and propounding discovery requests.
Organize and analyze discovery documents, summarizing findings for attorneys.
Draft pleadings, motions, and orders under attorney supervision.
Collaborate with experts and prepare attorneys for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Develop trial materials such as trial notebooks, exhibit lists, and witness lists.
