About the role

After recently pivoting our special pop-up store into something more permanent, we are committed to finding exceptional talent to represent our ASTA RESORT Soho store and help tell the ASTA story.

This is a part-time in-store role for a Store Associate based in Soho, New York. The Store Associate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing strategic merchandising and retail loss prevention strategies, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring excellent communication within the team.

You’ll support customers on the floor as needed—locating items, answering questions, and creating a positive shopping experience by assisting with fitting rooms and product inquiries. You’ll also help maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back of house to ensure the space reflects the brand’s standards.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old to align with company standards.
• Experience: Proven background in retail operations, with hands-on experience in back-of-house functions including stock management, inventory processing, and replenishment. Demonstrated success in premium customer service and brand representation within high-touch, client-focused environments. Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and a strong understanding of store presentation best practices.
• Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, showcasing a commitment to operational excellence.
• Physical Requirements: Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, with energy and focus while standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds to meet business demands.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
