• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the design, engineering, and estimating of commercial mechanical systems.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for the design and layout of mechanical systems.
• Develop and refine estimating methodologies using various software tools.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of design and estimation processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in plumbing and HVAC design, engineering, and estimating.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Solid background in handling large-scale projects, especially in sectors like healthcare, education, and data centers.
• Local to Orange County, CA, with a stable work history.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• EIT or PE license.
• Experience with mechanical estimating software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
