Position Overview: The Practice Leader will be responsible for overseeing and growing a specific practice within our executive recruiting firm. This individual will have a proven track record in recruiting, leadership, and client relationship management, and will play a key role in driving business development and achieving revenue goals. As a Practice Leader, you will collaborate closely with other leaders in the firm to ensure we deliver outstanding candidates and results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for your assigned practice area to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure success in talent acquisition and client service.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full-cycle executive recruiting process, including client intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiations, and placement.
  • Leverage market research, industry insights, and talent mapping to identify top-tier candidates for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and a high level of candidate quality.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate and client experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, candidate placements, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with market trends, industry changes, and emerging talent pools to provide innovative recruiting solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in executive recruiting
  • Proven success in managing a practice area, business development, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong network of senior-level executives and industry contacts.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to negotiation and placement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
