About the Role:

Job Title: Recruiter/ Recruiter Coordinator

Job description:

Qualifications:

• Recruiter role requiring the ability to quickly onboard high-caliber candidates.
• Strong recruiting background combined with program management experience.
• Expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates, including those from tech, military, and technical backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Tech Stack is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment and adapt quickly.
• Experience in campus recruiting, high-tech recruiting, and intern hiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with hiring Software Developer/ interns and understanding of technical hiring needs.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Boolean search techniques.

Location : Seattle, WA 98109 (5 days onsite a week)

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $50,000 – $65,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
