This paid, full-time summer internship challenges you to scale a business from scratch, with 100–300 hours of sales and leadership training and the potential to earn $6,000–$25,000+ based on performance. Interns relocate to the East Coast, team up with driven peers, and each run their own business selling educational resources to families — gaining real-world experience in marketing, sales, and business operations like lead generation, performance tracking, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 1,000–3,000+ face-to-face, consultative sales conversations with families from all economic backgrounds.

• Create a personal business brand using Facebook and customer follow-up strategies.

• Identify customer needs and present tailored product demonstrations.

• Manage daily business operations: ordering, accounting, inventory and product delivery.

• Collaborate with a supportive leadership team and student community that challenges you to grow.

Qualifications

• College-aged (any major, any year).

• Competitive, positive, and willing to push beyond your comfort zone.

• Hardworking, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• A strong independent thinker and decision maker.

• Experience working hard (sports, jobs, academics, family responsibilities, etc.).

• Willing to relocate and thrive in a high-performance team environment.
