The role involves working closely with a technical lead while also handling tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage core Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, support ticket monitoring, third-party application support, and data operations (imports/exports), with a strong emphasis on accuracy and user experience.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on expectations.
  • Proactively communicate with fellow developers and team leads to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
  • Manage workload effectively, provide updates, and meet project deadlines.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions that meet defined business requirements.
  • Maintain focus and attention to detail on all tasks, regardless of size or complexity.
  • Conduct thorough testing of deliverables to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and how they relate to technical implementations.
  • Provide support for production environments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

  • Experience with Visualforce pages and Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proficiency with development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce DX, and Git.
  • Experience integrating external systems using REST APIs from Apex is preferred.
  • Background in Java or .NET is advantageous.
  • Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
