Our Client Opportunity

Our client, a large education organization based in Los Angeles, is seeking a  Senior .NET Developer to support the development of critical web and API-driven platforms across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-stack development, system integration, and responsive front-end design—contributing to modernizing educational software systems that serve tens of thousands of users.

• Type: 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Duration: Six (6) months, with a six (6) month option to extend
• Location: Downtown Los Angeles
• Rate: $60–$70 per hour, DOE
• Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience building complex .NET web applications, API services, functions, workflows, and SQL queries with  T-SQL / PL/SQL stored procedures
• 5+ years of experience with:
• • ASP.NET MVC
• • C# Programming
• • REST/SOAP web services
• • .NET Core
• • Angular
• 3+ years of experience with:
• • Modern, responsive front-end development using  JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3
• • Entity Framework and  SQL Server 2012 or higher
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field (or equivalent experience on a year-for-year basis)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust, high-volume, enterprise-grade  .NET web applications and APIs
• Design and implement modern front-end user interfaces using Angular and responsive technologies
• Create and optimize complex  SQL Server and PL/SQL stored procedures
• Lead the development of cloud-ready and mobile-responsive features across multiple business systems
• Participate in system architecture planning, code reviews, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• Ensure security, compliance, and documentation standards are followed across projects
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to other developers on tools, practices, and technical implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with  Oracle 11g , PostgreSQL,  Node.js , or  microservices architecture
• Experience deploying applications in Azure or AWS environments
• Previous experience supporting public-sector or educational technology projects
