Is responsible for supervisory decisions of staff in their daily tasks. Fulfills the dual role of supervisor and social worker thus having responsibilities not only to Care Management, but also to a clinical workload. In addition, provides direction and guidance to work unit personnel; provides analysis of the work process to improve outcomes and services; oversees the orientation and performance management of those supervised; and attends appropriate meetings to gain and share necessary information with other areas. Completes other duties as assigned. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span. The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required. **Qualifications** Master's degree in Social Work and minimum four years of social work experience in a hospital or medical setting required.Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must have Arizona licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Master Social Worker (LMSW). **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** $76,731 - $115,003 / year; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. **Benefits Eligible** Yes **Schedule** Full Time **Hours/Pay Period** 80 **Schedule Details** Monday thru Friday, hours vary based on needs of the department. **Weekend Schedule** Based on needs of the department.
