What we are looking for

We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to support one of our high-growth clients in the autonomous vehicle and deep tech space. This role requires experience recruiting high-bar engineering talent — ideally across machine learning, robotics, software infrastructure, and product domains. The ideal candidate will bring both agency hustle and in-house stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering in fast-paced, hyper-growth, high-bar environments.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across software, infrastructure, or hardware domains
  • Experience hiring for autonomous vehicle, AI/ML, or deep tech companies preferred
  • A background that spans agency and in-house environments — with strong client/stakeholder communication skills
  • Proven success leading technical searches end-to-end (intake, sourcing, closing)
  • High comfort level working with engineering leaders, founders, and executives
  • Deep knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Lever), and sourcing CRMs
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Data-savvy and process-driven — you track KPIs, iterate, and drive toward measurable outcomes
  • Collaborative, scrappy, and autonomous — you know how to self-manage, course correct, and deliver

What you'll do

  • Serve as an embedded Senior Recruiter for our client, working closely with hiring managers across engineering, product, and executive functions
  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate experience, debriefs, and offer negotiation
  • Build and manage diverse talent pipelines for highly technical roles
  • Guide hiring managers on market insights, compensation, and hiring strategy
  • Lead weekly recruiting syncs, provide pipeline and metric updates, and track against hiring goals
  • Partner with sourcing teams (if available) or directly generate your own top-of-funnel
  • Mentor junior recruiters or support team members when applicable
  • Ensure an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Help evolve recruiting operations by providing feedback on process, tools, and data quality
