In the role of Travel Manager you'll play a pivotal part on our Human Resources team. The Travel Manager's purpose is to oversee and lead the Safran Cabin Travel Management function in a highly matrixed, large-scale, global environment. This role will act as a point of reference for the travel and expense processes and be the centralized resource for communications with Employees, Managers, HR and Finance teams.

This position contributes to our vision by:
• Guarantee the proper application of Safran Cabin and any local/regional expense and travel policy and procedures
• Establish, distribute and monitor company reports and KPIs related to Travel and Expense reporting
• Identify cost savings within the travel spend, analyze and interpret data, and develop action plans to ensure target savings are achieved
• Communication to managers and employees targeting travel behavior that is outside policy, when appropriate
• Provide Concur support for the countries that utilize Concur, including follow up for identified anomalies in Concur tools.
• Assist and train users on the travel and expense tools
• Follow-up on necessary modifications to the tool (scale changes, VAT updates, etc.)
• Liaise with HR to ensure data accuracy within Concur
• Represent Safran Cabin on behalf of Safran and external service providers (CONCUR, BCD, BNP, CDS HOTEL, HERTZ).
• Ensure preferred Safran providers, the negotiated rates and the SLA (Service Level Agreement) are correctly implemented and applied within company
• Ensure travelers are satisfied throughout travel life cycle
• Lead communications and coordination of travel management referents for Safran Cabin
• Manage all identified development projects, involving all stakeholders, and execute them according to project plan while optimizing quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Identify, propose and execute levers for optimizing processes, communication and savings linked to travel and expenses

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education/experience required.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in Travel Management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Computer Skills:
• Expert knowledge of the CONCUR travel and expense management tool
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Other Skills:
• Ability to interface with numerous contacts with internal sectors (finance, IT, HR, purchasing, security, management control, …), the group (HR, Safran Purchasing) and external (suppliers).
• Ability to take initiative on projects and self-direct tasks
