Job Summary:
The Union and Labor Relations Manager is part of the Legal leadership team which provides operational and strategic direction for the department. This position oversees union and labor employee relations, serves as lead negotiator, and works closely with the Chief Compliance Manager to manage and resolve complaints, while managing complex labor relation negotiations with multiple unions. This position’s focus is balancing organizational goals with employee welfare.
