Speech-Language Pathologist – Flexible Schedule | $50–$70/hr

Pay: $50–$70/hour | Set your own hours (10–40/week)
Join a growing pediatric private practice in the Syracuse, NY area committed to delivering family-centered, high-quality speech therapy services to children ages 3–21. We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Therapy sessions may be conducted in a clinic, schools, daycares, or in-home.
This is a unique opportunity to become the second SLP on a collaborative team, working directly with the Co-Founder—an experienced clinician offering mentorship and leadership. Create your own schedule while helping children thrive.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress
• Stay current with professional development
What You’ll Need:
• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP and NYS license
• NYS Teaching Certificate (support available for obtaining certification with 2-year commitment)
• Experience with diverse pediatric populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
