Research Associate/Senior Research Associate

We are seeking a Research Associate/Senior Research Associate to contribute to formulation development efforts in a dynamic and fast-paced research environment. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a strong ability to learn and apply new techniques. This role involves supporting research activities related to analytical method development, validation, and problem-solving for complex chemical challenges. The Research Associate will collaborate with senior scientists to conduct experiments, analyze data, and assist in laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and support nanoparticle synthesis and characterization, including formulation optimization.
• Utilize analytical techniques such as DLS, HPLC, LCMS, UV-Vis, bioconjugation, and nucleic acid characterization to support research initiatives.
• Work closely with team members across multiple projects, ensuring efficient data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Maintain laboratory inventory by ordering necessary supplies and reagents from internal and external sources.
• Ensure proper documentation of experimental data in an electronic lab notebook (ELN) and contribute to technical reports and research summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with 4+ years of industry experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in nanoparticle synthesis and characterization is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with analytical instrumentation and method development in a research or industry setting.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
